Jeff joined Cube in September 2022 and has over 25 years real estate experience at an executive level, having been CFO/FD for Real Estate businesses covering investment and development in the residential (including social housing), commercial, retail and logistics sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

He was Group CFO at Tritax, where he was part of the management team that listed Tritax Big Box REIT, with additional pan-European logistics experience at Delin. He was previously Group CFO for both Squarestone and Hanover Housing Association. He has been involved in raising equity and debt of c£4bn during his career and with substantial plc exposure, so brings a high level of experience in funding, financial structuring, corporate governance and risk management to the business.
