The Arena Centre provides amenities for the hundreds of people who work at Stockley Park – one of the UK’s finest business parks.
It is the hub for the park and provides a variety of shops including WH Smith together with a Virgin Active fitness centre, a Wetherspoons pub and Alexander’s Wine Bar. The centre also provides flexible and fully serviced offices from 200 sq ft upwards.
Since purchasing the centre and the adjoining 18-hole golf course, Cube has improved the centre’s retail mix and progressed a programme of improvements to the building and its environment.
The Stockley Park golf course was bought out of administration by Cube who have upgraded the course and are considering new initiatives including a driving range and adventure golf. For more information on the course, please click here
Cube is also exploring the potential for additional development on site. Consultation is currently underway with the local authority with regard to the construction of a high-quality hotel.
