The Cubemaker Partnership bought the freehold of the famous Chrysalis Building in west London in March 2010.
Originally a Victorian warehouse building, the 34,800-sq ft property was formerly owned by Chrysalis plc which has remained in occupation of 8,559 sq ft on the four upper floors.
The building's original name – the Phoenix Brewery – has been restored and Stiff + Trevillion were engaged to design a comprehensive refurbishment of the basement to third floors together with a transformation of the reception area.
