Cubemaker bought the Mannings Heath Retail Park in Poole from The Church Commissioners for England in September 2011.
The 71,959-sq ft park comprises four units let to Homebase, Topps Tiles, Fabric Warehouse and Carpet Barn.
The strategy for the property is to re-let and re-gear leases to enhance income, and improve the retail environment through improved signage and landscaping. Further subdivision of one of the units is also being explored on the basis of improving its ongoing appeal to occupiers.
