The former home of ITV West Studios on Bath Road in Bristol was acquired by Cube Real Estate for extensive refurbishment.
Part of the building is still occupied by ITV, but the remainder including the reception area has been substantially remodelled and rebranded as Bath Road Studios to appeal to local media and broadcast businesses.
The refurbishment is designed by award winning architects Stiff + Trevillion and will treble the size of the reception area, create a new café lounge and upgrade the 30,000 sq ft of office space to provide a "fresh, funky style aimed at media and creative occupiers".
Bath Road has undergone a revival in recent years driven by the success of The Paintworks redevelopment. Cube hopes to emulate this success with Bath Road Studios in what is fast becoming Bristol's new creative quarter.
Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle are joint letting agents on the scheme.
